Well, I either learned to drive in a grand am or a grand am. Heh.
While I was still in driver's ed (which used a grand am), we bought the grand am I own now. So, according to the state, I learned to drive in Triangle Driving's grand am. I really learned to drive in mine.
Learned the stick in a 1988 Chevy Spectrum. It's now dead...kinda. It's transmission stuck itself in 5th, and it would be more than the car is worth to replace it. It's not external linkage, either. We spent around 2k on that car just keeping it running for about a year.

I had an 84 Tempo, Surprisingely, it was a pretty good car mechanically. Nothing to boast about in the performance arena, but it got me to work and back. But I think I will keep my GA. Wasn't the Spectrum a GEO import?
